During this first contact, you will discuss your interest in commissioning a bespoke pair and arrange a meeting at Victor’s workshop, where all fittings take place. Bespoke shoes are entirely handcrafted and tailored to your specific measurements and personality. Unlike high-end brand shoes, which are mass-produced in standard sizes, bespoke shoes are unique to each individual. Every detail, from the design to the fit, is customized for you, ensuring an unparalleled level of comfort, style, and durability.
2. What is the price of a bespoke pair/ bag ? • A pair of bespoke shoes starts at €3,000.
• A pair of bespoke boots starts at €4,000.
The shoe trees are not included in the initial price. If requested, the additional cost for shoe trees is €140. The final price may vary depending on the complexity of the design and specific customization requests For a bespoke bag, the price will be established after a detailed discussion and once the exact specifications of the project are determined.

After an initial consultation, he works closely with you to create a design that reflects your style and needs. The bespoke process follows a three-step procedure as described on the Victor Vulpe Bespoke page.
1 First meeting: Measurements are taken, and every detail about the shoes is discussed.
2 Second meeting: A trial pair is created, and any adjustments are made based on the fit and comfort.
3 Final meeting: The finished shoes are delivered, and final adjustments are made if necessary. All fittings take place at Victor's workshop.

How long does it take to create a pair of bespoke shoes?The entire process typically takes around 6 months, which includes one or two fittings to ensure the shoes are comfortable and precisely tailored to your feet. This timeframe guarantees the highest level of craftsmanship and attention to detail.
5. What materials are used in Victor Vulpe’s bespoke shoes?Victor uses only high-quality Italian leather, vegetable-tanned cowhide, water-based adhesives, wooden nails, and linen thread. No synthetic materials or exotic leathers are used unless the client provides them, as Victor is opposed to the killing of exotic animals.
